Trap and Bait Day - 12th September

The purpose of the Trap and Bait Day programme is to resource and support local residents and landowners undertake pest control on their properties.

Free traps and bait will be available, along with expert advice on how to best utilise these to target your unwanted rodents and mustelids. This is part of a larger programme supported by Auckland Council, with local community groups from Whitford through Clevedon, Ness Valley and Orere working to create a significant pest free zone along the Eastern corridor and buffer around the Hunua Rangers as part of Auckland’s Pest Free 2050 goal.

There is no cost to attend & no prior trapping experience required.
